Hi, I'm Hellie

I'm Hellie, an osteopath passionate about helping you feel, move, and perform at your best. Whether that's getting through your workday comfortably, staying active outdoors, or pushing your limits in sport.

I hold a Master's degree in Osteopathic Medicine (M.Ost), and I'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council as well as being a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. I'm committed to providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care tailored to each individual.

My approach is hands-on, providing patient centred care with a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. I work with you to reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, and support your body in functioning as it should, so you can get back to doing what you enjoy—feeling stronger and more confident in your movement, performance or sport.

I work with a wide range of clients aged 16+, from desk-based workers experiencing postural aches and pains, to active individuals and athletes looking to recover from injury or enhance their performance. I have a particular interest in women's health within sport.

Having grown up on Dartmoor, I've always had a strong connection to the outdoors. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me walking on the moors, climbing, or horse riding.

Whether you're dealing with ongoing discomfort, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, I'm here to support you.
